A reflective sleeve with reflective wings. Just thread your favorite collar through the sleeve and fasten. The whole collar is now reflective! Wings are reflective on both sides.

It is also recommended to have some sort of weight (pendant, ID capsule, light etc) fastened in the collar to get the wings to stay on the cat's back.
